Last Weekend....Club Five in DC and Greene St in Greensboro....DOPE!
Whats up people!? As most of ya'll know we went down to Greensboro last Friday to play Greene St w/ Urban Sophisticates....and that shit was DOPE! We'd most def like to thank Urban for hooking it up...and look forward to the next NC trip on Feb 10 to Durham.
We've got ALOT coming up....shows all over the East Coast....so look out! I will be sure and keep you posted. I am also just about ready to start mixing on my new CD...which is HOT! Can't wait to get that out and start the radio campaign....we've got alot of GREAT opportunities with this one....so look out....things are getting crazy!

Beautiful Frustrations
Well....things are going great....ALOT of dope possibilities.....things are moving in a very positive direction. New tracks are hot.....shows are coming along smoothly....new clothing/T-shirt line is about to be up and running....etc. I'm moooooovin man.....gArindin! Haha....only problem is....peops can't keep up or are just super busy(happens when ur dealing with the big boyz)....so I'm finding myself frustrated. I've got a small window before these shows start up to be doing some hardcore setup work/promotion/writing/recording....but the waiting is killing me!. That being said....I think its nothing more than obsessive focus and desire on my part to get this thing over the last hurdle....which is a good thing. Perhaps not for the people that I bombard with emails/phone calls 3 times a day....but for me....its reassuring. The day I lose that edge....will be the day this dream dies....which will be NEVER! So get used to it peoples....I'm not going anywhere...shit....things are just getting started.
I've been frustrated in negative ways throughout this process more times than not....its been a loooooong hard journey. So....although the pace of progress is frustrating....when I take a deep breathe and think about it....its really more of an annoyance than anything. Everything is positive....promise is around every turn....success is attainable....and its driving me crazy to not be able to put my head down and plow through the remaining obstacles. Patience... LOL....its so beautifully frustrating!
Be on the lookout.....I'm in the process of recording some insanely hot tracks with special guests ranging from Welbilt frontman Nate Ihara to up and comers from the R&B/Reggae/Soul/Pop genres...and maybe some special guests tba in the future : ). I'm also working with some great producers from Trackboyz DJ Jealousy to Dragonfly Pympwell and some other new cats with some blazin tracks. We'll be touring around the Mid Atlantic constantly.....as well as focusing on radio/club spins and marketing.....so be prepared to see the name BLUDSHOT all over the place. And definately be on the lookout for the new gear....shits hot!

Upcoming tour....new tracks....etc
First....thanks to all who came out and supported us at the show Saturday....appreciate it....ALOT! Next local show will be Firehouse Grill on Nov 17....we need ya'll there. We are in the process of booking shows all over the East Coast....Richmond, NC, Roanoke, Fredericksburg, Gaithersburg, DC, Fairfax, Salisbury Univ, Philly, and more. We are also in the process of putting together a one or two week Cali tour....which will be DOPE....and a short Florida 4 day tour. If you are in any of these areas....stay tuned! LOL....or just read one of the 400 bulletins I will be puttting out. I also have some new tracks I will be posting up on my page shortly....HOT....HOT tracks. The new stuff blows away the old ones....and we're expecting alot of success because of the marketablitly. Things just might be about to blow! Music Video Shoot for "Keep It Groovin" AND Mooooore!
Everything is flying along....we're in the process of interviewing models for the video(LADIES....if your interested....get at me NOW), the clubs and locations are coming along nicely....the song is about mixed and ready for mastering....partys are being planned....things are about to get CRAZY.
First....I'd like to thank all who braved Ernesto and made it out to TT's on Friday! It was pretty packed...which was unexpected considering the weather....so ya'll really came through for us. We need ya'll....nothing could have been or can be achieved without your support. Once again....THANK YOU!
Our next scheduled event is Sept 30 @ Fat Tuesdays in Fairfax. This will be hot....so bring your asses out and party with us. WPGC 95.5's DJ Jealousy will be spinning for us at most of our events from here on out.....so it will always be a big ass party when you come to a Bludshot show.

Whats happenen people!? 2 weeks until the new journey begins....and things are looking GOOD! Thank you to everyone who came out to TT Reynolds Friday night.....it was packed....and we really appreciate it! That was one fun ass party maaaaaaan.....many many drunkards.....ya'll rock!
Now.....over the next couple of months Bludshot will be working on some solo tracks in the studio while some restructuring is done with the band. Some great opportunities have come up.....so WATCH OUT! I'll let ya'll know as things develop. During this time I'll be throwing some Hip Hop/Dance parties at various NOVA venues where guest artists will perform and DJ's will spin that music you can shake your tails too.....and......Bludshot may just go back to the old school and perform DJ style with VA Slymm! Bludshots Last Show/TT Reynolds Grand Reopening Party!
First....this is going to be a BIG ASS PARTY! I can't wait.....havent been to a fun party in a while....and i heard the band rocks too. FRIDAY, JUNE 9 @ TT REYNOLDS!
Now....this is not the end of Bludshot....not as an individual project....not as a band project....not as anything. I/we need to do some restructuring in the band....and in the meantime I am going to be in the studio working on some new solo tracks for some GREAT opportunities that have recently come my way. There is alot of really cool things in the works....and I'll let you know as things materialize. All I can say is WATCH OUT!
Back to the show.....WE WANT EVERYONE OUT AT THIS ONE....it IS our last live band show for a while....and the last one with the current lineup. On top of that....TT's has been closed for a month....and this is the first weekend it will be open....so shit....2 great reasons to come and get completely obliterated(not that i condone that behavior) or get your dance on to some hot ass music...both on stage and on the dance floor. Seeing as it is our last show for a while....the entire band will be performing in thongs and timberlands....so you don't want to miss this! LOL....JOKES MAAAAAN....JOKES. Be easy people.....

PHILLY....THEN JAMAICA BIATCHES!
We just got back from the good N Y C last night....tight show....increase in crowd....so we should be invited back to the Lions Den in April. A little too much drinking after the show....but all in all.....that shit was fun!
Now its off to Philly.....Friday night @ Abilene. We play at 11pm.....should be a dope ass show....so if your in the area roooooooll out. We're starting to hit Philly and NYC 1-2 times a month each.....and are about to add Deleware Univ, Bmore, and maybe Boston to the list as well. I'm loving this travel shit!
After Philly.....I'm taking my ass to Montego Bay, Jamaica for 7 days.....pimpin in the sunshine beeeeeatches!

Back to the N Y C this Saturday!
We're heading back to New York for the second time this Saturday! The Lions Den is looking like it will be Bludshots NYC homebase.....which rocks because its a NICE venue. Last time we went up there was cool as shit....and this time appears to be building up to be ALOT better. Anyone who wants to roll with.....hit me up.....we're always down to have peopls along for the ride. Its an early show.....8pm.....so we'll be partying HARD from about 10pm until we all fall down....should be craaaazy maaaaaaan. 1st shows back from break went good.....we rocked Philly on Friday night and blew The Lions Den in NYC to fucking pieces on Saturday! Well.....now the January is coming around its time to get back to gigging again. The break from performing was cool......but I can't wait to get back on stage. I've gotten some label interest and management offers recently which is always cool......something to keep things positive amongst all the snakes and hate in the music game. Finally!!!!
Well.....after months of struggling with different performers at every show....and a generally miserable time.....things are FINALLY set! We've had to make some really tough decisions and fight through some stressful ass times.....but things are heading in a positive direction. We now have a set band for every show. You WILL notice a difference the next time you see us. The shit is HOT! We have alot of big shows coming up over the next couple of months....including shows in Richmond, Philly, Va Beach, Raleigh, and Bmore. Check the show schedule on the profile page for more info.
